Description: I am sending you this proposal for i believe that you are able to assist me in a series of Concerts Called CAPs, Comedians Against Poverty, that will begin in Los Angeles at the Nokia Theatre on Jan 22, 2011. We will feature some of today's best known Comedians. We are contacting you to secure a short term loan. The length of the loan would be three months with an 8.5 % per month return on your investment, which is at an annual rate of 102 %. This loan request is for $125K. This correspondence outlines the complete scope of work, including objectives, procedures, identification of responsibilities, and estimated fees. OBJECTIVE We are producing a series of concert (CAPs Comedians Against Poverty) featuring some of the world’s most popular Comedians, Mayors from some of the major Metropolitan areas and politicians’ from around the country. The Kickoff and initial concert is scheduled for Jan. 22, 2011 at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles. Although not confirmed at this time, we are expecting Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa to present a check and certificate to an organization that is doing a commendable job to help fight poverty in LA area. We are in constant contact with the Obama administration and for the grand finale concert, we hope to have President Obama or a representative from his office to give awards to the most deserving organization that are making the greatest impact. Dave Chappelle, Martin Lawrence, Dana Carvey, Chris Tucker and many others have agreed to participate in CAPs. We are almost certain that we can get Eddie Murphy as well. Some of the celebrities that have agreed to participate as host are Denzel Washington, Holly Berry and though we have not mentioned it to him yet I believe Tom Hanks would gladly host one of the concerts for he is a close acquaintance with Ricco Ross my business partner and brother. We will feature one Musical guest at each concert. Macy Grey, Stevie Wonder and others have agreed to participate. SCOPE OF OUR SERVICES 1. Concerts and production a. Planning implementation of initial Concert in Los Angeles. b. Plan and implement a concert tour of 12 major metropolitan area of the US. c. Establish TV agreements and DVD rights. d. Plan, arrange and establish agreement to televised a grand finally concert to take place in New York, Chicago, California and at least two locations in Europe on the same day. 2. ROI and other benefits from your investment. a. ROI 8.5 % per month for three months at an annual rate of 102 %. b. Your company’s name on Backdrops behind the Red Carpets. c. You get up to 7 VIP tickets at the Kickoff concert in LA that will include premium seating and access to the After Party “Meet n Greet” in the VIP Lounge. d. Your name mentioned as the initial funding company in Radio and TV Advertisements, newspaper articles and interviews.
